Highly revered by his peers, Simon Grigg began DJing in 1979 in Sydney, which took him to the club Wag in London, the Six Month Club, the Playground, Berlin, and to New Zealand's first house clubs "The Brat" & "Asylum", which Simon set up, along with other clubs in Auckland, Siren, The Playground, and the Box, with Tom Sampson.
Simon was known for his uncompromising stand on playing the hottest underground dance tracks, at these clubs, despite popular public preconception.
Simon is currently co-owner of BPM Records.
