Jed started in music back in the late seventies with the noteable Fetus Productions. He has since created music for films, shot music video's, and released his own music.
Over the past ten years, Jed Town has recorded and released music and video all over the world and on many different labels, including his own company "Sawtooth Recordings" of which he is the manager.
His slides, videos and 16 mm projections have been used extensively throughout europe in such clubs as, Knowledge, Deep Space, Submerge, Pushca, and Hellraiser. Utilising a quadrophonic sound system and 12 computer controlled projectors, 'ICU' created an installation entitled 'Brain' at the Electric Circus 'Sabotage' which was run by 'NVA' in Scotland and Hamburg.
Jed's current focus is dj'ing and performing live as 'JEDEYE'. He has performed along side artists,
Juan Atkins, Jeff Mills, Stacey Pullen, The Chemical Brothers, Colin Dale, Colin Faver, Keith Fielder and many New Zealand artists.
